Privacy Policy

Brian Roesler Dashboard ("the service") is a private tool operated by Brian Roesler for his own use. It connects Brian's AI assistant to accounts that Brian owns or administers. No other users are signed up for or served by it.

What data the service accesses

• Gmail: with Brian's authorization, the service reads email messages, threads, and labels, creates and deletes drafts, and sends email from Brian's Gmail accounts, only as directed by Brian.
• Zendesk: the service reads support tickets and adds replies, internal notes, and status changes on Brian's behalf.

How data is used

Data is retrieved only when Brian's AI assistant requests it while carrying out a task Brian asked for, such as summarizing messages or drafting a reply, or to produce scheduled email summaries that Brian has set up for himself. Data is passed to the assistant to complete that task and is not used for any other purpose.

Storage

The service does not store email or ticket content. It keeps only the authorization credentials needed to connect to Brian's accounts, stored as encrypted environment configuration on the hosting provider.

Sharing

Data is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. It is only transmitted between Google or Zendesk and Brian's AI assistant in order to perform the requested task.

Google user data

The service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access to a Google account can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
